Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time

All embroidery orders are subject to a production period before they are shipped.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 3-5 business days.

• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 5-15  business days for digitizing, garment acquisition, and stitching your design.

2. Shipping Locations

• Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and P.O. Boxes.

• International: We do offer international shipping! Note: customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

3. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Spruce & Stitch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., the embroidery is snagged or the garment is torn during transit), please contact us at contact@spruceandstitch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
